Gift Hampers Direct can deliver to all UK addresses, with the exception of:
Channel Islands, the Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man.
We are unable to deliver to a PO Box.
Deliveries to these areas are not covered but may be possible, also for international deliveries. Please contact our customer services team for details on 01834 844993.
Gift Hampers Direct can also deliver selected gifts to Northern Ireland.
Gifts maybe collected personally, please phone our customer service team on the above number for details.
Gift Hampers Direct requires five working days to process and deliver your order. E.g. orders placed up until 7.00pm on a Monday (not including Saturday & Sunday) will be delivered by Friday afternoon (UK mainland only).
Please note: Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands may take an additional day or two to arrive.

Note: Gift Hampers Direct will endeavour to deliver within the time stated but delays may occur that are outside our direct control. In the unlikely event of a delay in shipment Gift Hampers Direct can provide customers with a Parcel Force tracking number to track shipments.
Deliveries occur from Monday to Friday. Unfortunately it is not possible to guarantee an exact delivery time, however if requested we can provide the Parcel Force tracking number in order to track the status of your order.
Regrettably we are unable to deliver on a weekend.
The Gift Hampers Direct delivery charge is based upon weight, with £8.00 being the most expensive charge for items over 4kg per gift and includes insurance in the unlikely event of damages.
If the recipient is not at home on the selected delivery date, the courier (Parcelforce Worldwide) will either attempt redelivery the next working day (from 9am to 5pm), leave the parcel with a neighbour or leave the parcel at a local post office for collection. A card will be left at the address.
Gift Hampers Direct will endeavour to deliver on the day requested but delays may occur that are outside our direct control. In the unlikely event of a delay in shipment, Gift Hampers Direct can provide customers with a Parcel Force tracking number to track shipments.
All deliveries require a signature - please choose a delivery date when someone can be there to receive the gift.
Please ensure all address details including house number and post code are entered correctly. Any delivery problems and redirections arising from incorrect address information will be charged for.
If the parcel is not collected by the addressee after 14 days, it will be returned to Gift Hampers Direct.
Thereafter, the Purchaser will incur a redelivery charge to deliver the Goods. The Purchaser will also be charged for any items which have become unsuitable for sale and need to be replaced (any perishable items).

Delivery Information
Once you have placed your order with us, it will be shipped within four working days. Delivery charges vary according to the weight of your order.
